Dr. Aswathy R is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the department of civil engineering, Netaji Subhas University of Technology Delhi. She received her Ph.D in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. During her doctoral tenure, she worked on addressing uncertainty issues in asphaltic materials for flexible pavement design. She completed her Masters in Transportation Engineering and Management from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy and B.Tech in Civil engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET). Her current area of interest is pavement design, rheology of bitumen, asphaltic materials, uncertainty quantification, surrogate modelling, advanced statistics.
