Biosketch
Dr. Jehova Jire L. Hmar received his PhD in 2017 from the Department of Physics, National Institute of Technology, Agartala, India. He has qualified CSIR-UGC-NET in 2012. He is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, NSUT, New Delhi from June 22, 2021. Previously, he worked as Assistant Professor at the Department of Physics & Astronomical Sciences, Central University of Jammu, J & K, India from October 24, 2016 to June 21, 2021 (Regular/Permanent). Dr. Jehova Jire L. Hmar has published his research work in International Journals and International Conference Proceeding, and also published book chapter in the reputed publisher. He has completed one major project funded by UGC-BSR, Govt. of India, and has one major ongoing project funded by DRDO, Govt. of India. He has supervised PhD & JRF students. He is in the panel of reviewers of a no. of SCI/SCIE/Scopus listed international journals.
Areas of Interest
His current research interests include the growth, fabrication and characteristics of organic and inorganic Semiconductor for Flexible Electronic and Optoelectronic Applications such as Non-volatile Memory device, Dielectric constant, Piezoeletric sensor, Photodetectors, Photovoltaics/solar cell, LED, Photoelectrochemical Cells, etc.
